| Biography of Pastor Wanda Williams McElroy |
|
Pastor Wanda Williams was born to the union of Charles and Frances Marables in Louisville, Kentucky. She was educated in the public school system of Jefferson County, Kentucky. Later she accepted Christ at the age of twenty-one and became a faithful member of Greater Bethel Temple under the leadership of the Late Dr. William P. Foree. She united in marriage and is the mother of ten children, and remained faithful to ministry. She assisted along side of the Late Mother Ann Baker teaching the young mother class. As leadership changed hands she continued her work under presiding Bishop Eugene Stewart of Greater Bethel Temple. She taught the young adults, and served on the altar and became an intercessor and prayer warrior.
God then called her to another work under the leadership of Elder Jonathan Mullins, a new ministry, New Hope Community Church. There she received her license to minister the Gospel of Jesus. She became a faithful worker in the field of evangelism and outreach. She taught in the primary department and many doors were opened for her ministry. |
 |
She later moved on to help in a work in its infancy state, New Birth Church, under the leadership of Pastor Michael T. Ward where Bishop T. D. Jakes is their covering. As the ministry grew so did vision in her life. Under this anointed teaching she became an entrepreneur and owner of It Start’s With “U”. As a visionary she spearheaded the outreach and evangelism team. She was ministry leader of the prayer and intercessor team. She put together curriculums for the adult church school and was one of the instructors of the class.
As God continued to use her in ministry, her pastor Michael T. Ward confirmed her placement as one of the associated pastors at New Birth. She was ordained April 27th 2003 as Associate Pastor Wanda Williams. One of her mentors is Associate Pastor Sandra Harris, of New Birth Church. As God continued to give vision, was birthed the first, “Baca Prayer Conference” by Associate Pastor Wanda Williams.
While continuing her work God placed in her heart to adopt three children and she remained faithful.
Now after serving in the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, the Apostolic Assemblies of Christ, and under the leadership of Senior Pastor Michael T. Ward of the “PHIPA” (Potter House International Alliance). God called forth her on work, January 1st "2005" “Baca Ministries” was established, with Senior Pastor Michael T. Ward, New Birth Church as her spiritual covering.

| Pastor Cleotus McElroy was born to Rudell Gunn and Mary Louise McElroy in Louisville, Ky. He was educated in Marion County public schools in Leanon, ky. At the loss of his father in 1968, it was then he began to learn to depend on God as his father and mother. At an early age he was called to the preach ministry by God. At the age of nineteen he accepted Christ into his life. He was united in marriage to Gloria Jean Gray, and to this union was born seven children.
The call to ministry was prevalent in his life, so he began to follow closely after it, Gods divine purpose for his life. After hearing the preached word by an world wide national evangelist, A.A. Here he received his liscense to preach the gospel through the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World,(P.A.W.). God continued to draw him to a deeper call in ministry. The desire for lost souls became his focus, he began evangelizing the streets of Kentucky, he held house meetings, and even tent revivals. His message was, deliverance, restoration, with miracles, signs and wonders. Many souls were saved under his message.
As God moved him, in his work, he was commissioned by God to start a work of his own in the year of 1984 . His first ministry, Miracle Revival Center, located in Lebanon, Kentucky. A fast growing anointed ministry! In the year of 1995 Miracle Revival Center relocated to a new facility. He began helping other pastors with thier work, kingdom building. In the year of 2002 God instructed him to relocate the ministry to Radcliff, Kentucky. He took a great step of faith, and moved at Gods word. He started the work in a small facility on 31W. So the ministry began to tabernacle, Miracle Revival Center Ministry, established by Senior Pastor Cleotus McElroy new location, 355 Shelby Street, Radcliff, Kentucky.
